Welcome to the Riverside County Training Officers Association
website. RCTOA is a subsidiary of the Riverside County Fire Chiefs
Association and is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization devoted to
develop and provide quality fire
training and educational programs at a reasonable cost. Membership
includes training officers from fire departments throughout
Riverside County.

your Associates Degree at RCC!
This Program provides
Fire Service personnel, Sworn and Correctional Deputies, and all
students an opportunity to complete the required general education
requirements for those interested in obtaining the Associate Science
Degree in Law Enforcement or Fire Technology in an accelerated
