About RCTOA
The goal of RCTOA is to provide quality fire service instruction at an
affordable price. The course fees cover all costs associated with presenting
this course including:

College unit fees when the course is presented with a
community college. The college in turn provides the classroom, facilities, and course instructor.

California State Fire Training certification fees.
-
Course materials, equipment, and supplies.
By RCTOA policy, 5% of the course
fees are used for administration, other training material, equipment, and supplies in support of the
overall mission of the organization.
